These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and purchase of digital products, AI solutions, implementation services, and recurring subscription services provided by GenesysTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digitally delivered technology services, which may include AI assistants, workflow automation, integrations, software access, dashboards, configuration, hosting, maintenance, and related consulting. The exact scope is the scope stated on the applicable product page, proposal, order, or checkout.
2. Accounts and Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and business information and for protecting any credentials supplied to you. You must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
3. Subscription Billing
Where a service is sold as a recurring subscription, the applicable billing interval, price, and renewal terms will be stated before payment is collected. Recurring billing will only apply where you have agreed to it through the relevant checkout or service agreement.
4. Cancellation
You may request cancellation of a recurring service to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not normally reverse charges already processed for a current billing period unless required by law or expressly permitted under our Refund Policy.
5. Payments
Payment methods and processing arrangements may be provided directly by us or through a third-party payment provider. The payment method, amount, taxes, and any recurring billing terms applicable to a purchase should be shown or confirmed before payment is completed.
6. Digital Delivery
Digital access, credentials, setup instructions, or service onboarding may be delivered electronically. Delivery timing depends on the selected service. Custom implementation may require information, approvals, API access, or content from you before work can begin or be completed.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, bypass security controls, access systems without authorization, impersonate others, or generate or distribute content that you do not have the right to use.
8. Third-Party Services
Our solutions may integrate with third-party APIs, AI models, messaging platforms, hosting providers, or software. Their availability, pricing, limits, policies, and functionality are controlled by those third parties and may change independently of us.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing code, frameworks, templates, processes, know-how, and reusable components. You retain ownership of content and data you provide. Rights to custom deliverables, if different, should be stated in the applicable proposal or order.
10. Service Changes
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, third-party changes, or product development. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid functionality during an active service period.
11. Disclaimers
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and for decisions made using the service. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Any limitation that is not legally enforceable will apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
